What is an attendance system?
An attendance system, also called a time attendance system, records when each employee starts work, takes breaks and goes home. It replaces punch cards and paper timesheets, and it shows lateness and actual working hours without anyone adding them up by hand.

How does face recognition clock-in work?
Each employee’s face is enrolled once on the tablet, with their consent. After that they look at the tablet, choose work start, break or work end, and are recognised in seconds.
What device do I need for face recognition?
An Android tablet with a front camera at each location, connected to the internet and to your Synergy system.
Can we keep using our card or fingerprint machine?
Yes. Synergy supports ID card and fingerprint clock-in, and can import logs from an existing punch-card machine.
Does it handle night shifts?
Yes. Shifts that cross midnight are recorded as one shift, and lunch and dinner breaks are tracked separately.
How do I see who is late?

Is face data safe under PDPA?
